Maybe one of the most well-known classic tiki cocktails made famous by trader vics in the mid 1900’s. The Scorpion’s origin traces back to an early hawaiin cocktail made with local moonshine and other fresh and native ingredients. Modernizing this traditional recipe, we include spanish brandy, white rum, almond and orangeflower, fresh pineapple, orange and lemon juice, and a housemade tropical gomme to create a balanced vacation-worthy cocktail.
